As a constantly evolving company, we are looking for strong candidates in both our residential and commercial departments to join our company.

The residential department focuses on multi-family and coop/condominium appraisals. Qualified individuals must have a state certified residential / general license and have 3+ years of multi-family appraisal experience, proficiency in ACI, and strong writing skills.

The commercial department has an opening for a commercial appraiser to appraise a variety of commercial properties throughout New York and Connecticut. The candidate should have 5+ years of commercial appraisal experience, be a state certified general appraiser, and a strong background in Excel and Argus, along with strong writing skills.
