LAND / SUBDIVISION

Land and subdivision assignments range from refinancing, purchasing, master planning, re-zoning, infrastructure expenditures, and long-term land leases. Our valuation analysis includes land appraisals of office developments, retail sites, residential subdivisions and developments of apartment and condominium buildings.

MULTI-FAMILY

Advent Appraisers produces appraisals ranging from small multi-families to large developments. We have also completed a large number of projects regarding Section 8 housing.
Our past appraisals include urban high-rises, mixed use, and garden style apartment buildings.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Our principals have an extensive real estate development background and have produced various types of new construction appraisals and feasibility studies. Additional consulting assignments have included performing financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities and work with city zoning, housing, and building departments regarding permits, tenants, and landmark issues.

OFFICE

Advent Appraisers has completed a large number of office building appraisals utilizing Argus for a lease-by-lease analysis and discounted cash flow modeling. We have also completed many projects involving leases and redevelopment for alternate uses, for example, residential condominium conversions.

RETAIL

We have completed many projects involving small retail units to a large range of neighborhood to community power centers. Our retail appraisals include restaurants, gas and auto service stations, supermarkets, neighborhood, and power centers.

SENIOR CARE

We have been commissioned for various types of senior care housing from age-limit buildings to assisted living and nursing homes.

SINGLE FAMILY

Our residential single-family reports are USPAP compliant. We cover all form based residential reports from 1004, 1025, 2055, 1073 and 1075 form based reports.

We have served as a real estate appraiser expert witnesses in various supreme courts since 1990. This includes bench and jury trials in both Federal and State Courts.
